Description :
Need a high level L&D candidate experienced to assist in picking out LMS system, building out and creating content, implementing and creating metrics to track success of L&D program and employee engagement.
Working with different departments and managers to understand training gaps and what is needed for each specific training program to be truly successful.
Training Program Development : Develop comprehensive training programs aligned with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
This involves conducting needs assessments, identifying skill gaps, and designing curriculum and learning materials to facilitate organizational change and increase workforce performance and employee engagement.
Learning Management System (LMS) Administration : Oversee the organization's learning management system, including content management, user administration, and reporting.
Monitor usage statistics and feedback to continuously improve the learning experience. Define and track key performance metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of the curriculum and programs.
Employee Development Planning : Collaborate with department managers and HR to identify individual and team development needs.
Assist in creating career paths and individual development plans that align with career goals and organizational objectives.
